Tea- Use 1 rounded teaspoon of tea blend. Place tea blend in a reuseable tea bag or strainer and place in your mug. Carefully add hot water and let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Sweeten to taste
Lotion Bar- Place in a container or store in a place that will not get to warm. If the bar gets to warm it will melt.
