I do pack my products with care and carefully ensure that your selections reach you without damage. I do understand that damage sometimes occurs during shipping.

( I will ask for a photo of the damaged item so that I can file a claim with the shipper) I will send a replacement within a few days at no additional charge (or issue a refund if a replacement is not available)
